We understand that customers require flexibility in the pricing model and we can customize a model to address your specific needs.

For customers that do not want to acquire their software through the traditional license approach, OSD offers the flexibility of an Application Subscription Program (ASP). OSD run, manage, maintain, and support the application software at our own DataCenter.

The ASP hosting option provides access to application functionality via the Internet, with no requirement for locally installed software. This results in lower front end costs and rapid implementation time.

OSD offers different pricing models to meet global clients’ diverse needs.


Hosted Application Service Fees

Monthly Service Fees

OSD offers ASP Hosting services on monthly license fee basis. The monthly license fee option may also be supplemented with transaction or users fees. For example a fee package could be agreed with a fixed monthly fee inclusive of n number of transactions or users. Any additional transactions or users above n would be charged on a per transaction or user basis as agreed.

Concurrent or Named User License Fees

OSD offers ASP Hosting services based on the total number of simultaneous users that you would like to access the application at any given time. Alternately you may elect for Named User Licenses. License fees may be paid on a monthly basis, or in a lump sum annual payment.

Transaction Fees

OSD offers ASP Hosting services on a Transactional Usage arrangement. Users do not have to purchase a license for the system. "Per-Transaction" fees are charged for each billable transaction. The defination of a billable transaction is normally a pre defined business process, with no charges for reports or inquiries.

All pricing models include annual maintenance and Internet support.

Fixed Time/ Fixed Price

OSD offers customers a fixed time / fixed price model when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. Under this low-risk model we work with clients to define expected deliverables and timelines to determine a mutually agreed fixed price. Our refined process guarantees reliability, predictability and optimized performance of the projects and assures on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Time and Material

Through the Time & Material Business Model OSD gives customers greater flexibility to alter the project specification on an ongoing basis based on upcoming market trends. This model best suits complex projects inclined to specification and design changes. The client pays an daily rate which is agreed at the time of contract signing. The client may revise the team size optimizing the cost and duration of the project.
